Homes, that are priced right, are selling all the time – just not at the same rate as they did a couple of years ago. What does that mean for you as the Seller? That in order to sell your Trilakes Home – you have to price it right. Today’s Buyers have a huge selection of homes to choose from – in all price ranges and all conditions. Why not ensure that YOUR home will be shown due to price and condition? (That is – if you’re a serious seller. Testing the waters right now, might not get you the results you’re hoping for.)
The Condition of your Home is another issue to consider. Have you had the time to accomplish all those maintenance items that appear over the course of time? Paint, Floors, Landscaping, Walls, Appliances etc? If you’re not sure – try to walk through your home, pretending to be a Buyer. If you were out looking at a home to buy – would you buy yours? You could also have some of your friends do this for you. Another Option would be to talk to an experienced Realtor; they see homes continuously, know the market and have a good understanding of what today’s Buyer’s expect.
